The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring: The Last Alliance (Battle of Dagorlad) Scene

The Last Alliance of Elves and Men was formed in 3430 of the Second Age in response to the threat of conquest by the Dark Lord Sauron. The army was the largest ever assembled in Middle-earth since the Host of Valinor during the War of Wrath, the greatest military alliance involving all the Free Peoples of the world, and the greatest war until the War of the Ring.
Young hobbit Frodo Baggins, after inheriting a mysterious ring from his uncle Bilbo, must leave his home in order to keep it from falling into the hands of its evil creator. Along the way, a fellowship is formed to protect the ringbearer and make sure that the ring arrives at its final destination: Mt. Doom, the only place where it can be destroyed.
